Free Shipping in US

We have different fulfillment centers in the United States and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shopping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in China.

We use SF Express, CNE Express, 4PX, DHL, USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship our order based on your location and available inventory. Although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.

*Shipping Time: 1-7 business days (Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery, no more than 7 business days)

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the  way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at  your country's post website or TRACK ORDER

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to  correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or  stolen package

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, send us an email within 24 hours and we will cancel the order for you. If you cancel after our package shipped, you need to wait until the order gets received and returned to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping fee incurred during cancellation.
