Expedited shipping: 3-7 business days, 5-15 business days for standard shipping, from the time the item is processed in our shipping system.

If you no longer have your Raydlinx receipt email, please feel free to contact us either info@raydlinxshop.com and we will be happy to send you a receipt.

Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Click here to check the status.

We are able to accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash for online purchases.

We do not offer local pick-up. All orders must be placed online via our website, and will ship to you directly from our warehouse.

We are an online retailer and do not have retail store fronts.

We are located in Denver, Colorado (United States). Most of the orders ship from warehouses in Texas or New Jersey. Part of the orders ship from China.
